Independence
We report what the data shows — including when it is inconvenient. Our clients expect honesty, not agreement.
Rigour
Sampling, weighting and QC are documented for every study. If it is not methodologically defensible, we do not deliver it.
Curiosity
We stay close to what consumers are actually doing — across platforms, regions and languages — because markets change faster than categories do.
Partnership
We prefer long relationships to one-off transactions. Most of our clients have worked with us for five years or more.
