Theresa is a research enthusiast and project management aficionado, who is equally comfortable diving deep into data analysis and orchestrating the seamless execution of complex projects.
Her research interests centre around navigating the complexities and challenges of managing projects successfully while working with a diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed project team, and she Is always eager to embrace new challenges and deliver impactful project results.
With more than seven years’ experience in market research and agriculture field research, she has developed a keen eye for detail, a passion for solving problems creatively, and has developed the leadership skills necessary to guide project teams towards project success. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences as well as a Master of Science in Project Management underscoring her research and project management experience.
Theresa joined Vision Africa in 2018 as a Supervisor overseeing projects conducted in Zambia and currently holds the position of Country Director of the company in Zambia.
