Romancia obtained a degree in Sociology and Industrial Psychology at the university of Namibia in 2015; and recently completed a Masters degree in Sustainable Urban Planning and Development at the University of Johannesburg. She joined Vision Africa as a research executive and was promoted to the position of Country Manager: Namibia in 2019.

Romancia has 10 years’ experience in client relations management, project management and product development. She also has 5 years’ experience in Quantitative and Qualitative research, this includes qualitative and quantitative data analysis, project budgeting and reporting.
