Hildegard is Vision Africa’s data analyst. She is enthusiastic about uncovering hidden opportunities within organisations. With a background in Marketing, she has fine tunned her skills in interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of customer service strategies. Analysing customer feedback, social media metrics, and sales data has shaped Hildegard’s ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.

Hildegard holds an Bachelor’s Degree of Science (Hons), which she earned through a double major in Psychology and Sociology. Her focus on social science research has equipped her with a unique perspective for analysing data in corporate institutions. Ensuring data quality remains Hildegard’s top priority. She is fascinated by the stories that the data tells and the impact it can have.
